The Plan
When I spoke with Shaan's mother, it was clear they were looking to add something that was engaging and interactive.
Shaan and Esmeralda both come from large multicultural families, so there were a lot of people who hadn’t met before.
More than anything, they were looking for a way to bridge the gap and create some form of a shared experience at the celebration.
The Solution
The mingling magic gave everybody something to talk about, something to bond over, which naturally branched off into other conversations throughout the night.
We also added an interactive show during the reception, built around audience participation and ending with a finale that included everyone in attendance.
Shaan and Esmeralda were, of course, the highlight of the show, which helped bring everything full circle.
Standout Moments
Seeing the reactions from guests and how quickly the magic helped bring life and energy to the room.
During cocktail hour, that shared experience gave guests an easy way to connect, especially if they were meeting for the first time.
By the end, it felt like the magic had helped set the tone for the rest of the celebration in exactly the way we were hoping.

The magic was there to do more than entertain, it welcomed guests and created connection early in the night.
Later in the reception, we gave everyone another reason to come together for one big shared moment.
